	I heart coffee. In the morning I need a good cup of strong espresso. The coffee can come in the form of a Soy Latte, Long Americano with cream and cinnamon or just strong drip coffee. I have had the same little espresso machine for 4 years and it has served me well. The day it calls it quits I will shed a few tears!

	I met my husband Matt in September of 2007 and we were married 9 months later. Our wedding took place in Victoria, BC at the Hotel Grand Pacific. After the ceremony we walked a red carpet surrounded by friends, family, bubbles, parasols and fairy wings. It was like a dream.

	I love the Eiffel Tower. To me it is symbolic of believing things can come true. In order to travel I sold my car, my bed and left my job to backpack for 2 months in Europe. It was a life changing experience for me.

	Although I shoot digital, my love for photography started with film 12 years ago. Recently, I picked up a few film cameras and look forward to shooting with them.

	My parents are fun loving, quirky and always supportive. My Mom is a natural artist in painting and drawing. My Dad is an avid fisherman and loves photography. He claims to have taught me all I need to know about taking photographs.

	I like taking self portraits. When I bought my first DSLR I started photographing myself. Most likely because I was readily available.

	I have the greatest friends. Fun, loving, supportive, sarcastic and wonderful. They are kindred spirits, truly beautiful from the inside and out and talented in various forms of art. From singing, photography, make-up, painting, acting, writing and creating. Thank you my nearest and dearest, you are the best friends a gal can ask for.

	My brother Michael photographs weddings with me and I could not do it without him. He is outgoing, fun-loving and well liked by all. In addition he is an amazing photographer and I am lucky to have him on my team!

	My cat Lulu-Belle is my fur baby. She is a 5-year-old Persian who loves to eat watermelon and mango. When she is not sleeping in my closet or under my bed, Lulu can be found lounging on the patio or chasing Matt and I around the house.

	I love being a photographer. It brings me so much joy and the freedom to express my creativity. Photography helps us remember things, long after we have forgotten. I also believe it captures the essence and spirit inherent in every person.
